Customer service representative

You like communication and you cope well with advising someone in need over the phone, you understand the basics of customer service - then you are welcome to the Kontaktikeskus as a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE.

Your tasks are:

- Customer service and advice by phone or answering e-mails;

- Clarifying the client's needs and finding a suitable solution;

- Development of service quality;

- Developing your own competencies.

 

Comes in handy:

- You have good written self-expression skills to answer customer e-mails;

- You communicate both orally and in writing in Estonian and Russian;

- In addition to Estonian and Russian, communication in Finnish or English is the basis for a higher salary;

- You are ready to work according to the schedule - in addition to daytime shifts, late evenings and weekends as well;

- You have experience using a computer at the level of a regular user and you are competent in finding information on the Internet;

- You are conscientious and eager to learn.
