We are looking for a friendly and positive customer support specialist, who enjoys communication and wants to provide customers the best service experience in both calls and e-mail. If you are a good communicator and enjoy solving problems, we look forward to your application!

Your tasks are:

  • Customer service by phone and e-mail/chat;

  • Understanding the client's needs and offering the best solutions;

  • Maintaining a high level of service quality, providing a pleasant service experience.

  • Continuous improvement of acquired knowledge and skills.

 

Our expectations for you:

  • You are conscientious, eager to learn and ready to constantly develop and learn new skills. You stick to work processes.

  • Very good communication skills (both verbal and written). You can solve difficult situations calmly and professionally;

  • Knowledge of at least three languages: Estonian, Finnish / Russian / English. Knowledge of other languages ​​is beneficial;

  • Ability to empathize: you can put yourself in the customer's situation and offer personal help;

  • Good computer skills: you can quickly use different customer management software and office programs;

  • Willingness to work according to schedule (including evening and weekend shifts);

  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but not required - we offer extensive training.
